Festival International De Louisiane

Downtown Lafayette will once again be hosting this wonderful festival! Festival International De Louisiane is free five day event April 24-28th celebrating the French cultural heritage of southern Louisiana.

Combining French, African, Caribbean and Hispanic influence, the festival will feature six music stages with over 100 performers, food court areas, street musicians and animators, arts, crafts boutiques, art galleries, beverages, cultural workshops, international cooking demonstrations and a world music store. A family friendly event everyone is sure to enjoy, and only minutes away from our Louisiana Bed and Breakfast!

1. Lafayette Offers the Games of Acadiana on August 18, 2012:

Events to enjoy while supporting the Miles Perret Cancer Services to help families fight to survive and live with cancer. Some of the things offered are a rock wall to climb, spider jump, tailgate challenge and much more. Fun and with a purpose!

Rayne, Louisiana's Annual Children's Fishing Tournament at Maison D'Memoire

The date is set for July 14, 2012 for the Annual Children's Fishing Tournament of Rayne, LA and held every year at your very own Lafayette bed and breakfast, Maison D'Memoire, along with the City of Rayne for the children of the Rayne, Louisiana community. A good time is always had by all. For some, it will be their first experience at catching a fish! Don't miss out on the fun!
